HOUSING NAVIGATION SERVICES in Gold Beach
The Curry County Homeless Coalition has opened a Housing Navigation Center in central Curry County/Gold Beach.
What is a Housing Navigation Center?
A single-service housing navigation hub providing a range of services, including:
- Housing Authority Application support
- Credit Repair Counseling
- Move-in financial support
- Veterans’ benefits application and management
- Assistance in acquiring identification cards
- Job skill development
- Health referral and advocacy
- Referrals for unaccompanied youth
We are partnered with the Fair Housing Council of OR to provide tenant and landlord training and education. We are also partnered with Consumer Credit Counseling of Southwestern OR to provide financial literacy training for tenants and prospective tenants to learn how their financial status impacts access to housing and how to improve their financial status over time, and with the tools and support needed to succeed.

We are now taking applications for our Winter Warming Program.
These limited rooms are not available on a first-come, first-served basis but on the community's needs and our capacity to manage the program.
